Returns and Exchange Policy
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we are here to resolve your concern/issue. We will be delighted to consider any item in a saleable condition, with its receipt and original packing. Please note that images of each product’s color and design may vary slightly from actual product's color and design, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time, size and other factors. We will only be accepting those products for return that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and the shipment of the wrong items.

In regards to return processing, please note the following important pointers.
- Return requests for items which are sent within 14 days of receipt of the product and are in re-sellable condition with original tags in place will only be accepted. You as a customer will have the choice to either request for a refund or an e-voucher/gift card.
- If you send an item which is not in a re-sellable condition, we will add it to our damaged inventory
- Redelivery or refund cannot be processed against the late returns. In line with your statutory rights, you have 14 days to place a return request. If you send your items after that period, we will not be liable to redeliver the items back to you or offer any other sort of compensation.
Damaged Goods:
We are sorry if the item you have received is damaged in any way.

After getting your return query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team and after assessment you will be offered a refund or an e-voucher/gift card.
Refund:
If the received items are either in a damaged condition, have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes or wrong items are shipped, only then a refund will be issued via the same method that was utilised for payment of the original order.
However, you can also receive the amount via an e-voucher/gift card and you can place your order again.
Order Cancellation/Editing:
If you wish to submit a cancellation request, you may initiate the request via Customer Care by calling us at 042-111-384-642 or by writing us an email at hello@ethnic.pk. You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.
Our goal is to process and ship your order(s) as quickly as possible. Whilst we try our best to accommodate order cancellation requests, if you receive the items after the cancellation request, we recommend that you follow the return instructions included in your package.
*Ethnic reserves this right of cancelling/editing your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.
How will my order be refunded?
Refunds may only be issued via the same method that was utilised for payment of the original order. If your order was placed via Klarna / Clearpay, you have the possibility to pause the invoice to avoid receiving a late fee. You can do this via the Klarna app or directly on Klarna's website and Clearpay Website.
However, you can also receive the amount via an e-voucher/gift card and you can place your order again by using the e-voucher.
When will I receive the refund for my return?
After the return is received (items must be in perfect condition and have their inside labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be refunded. It can take up to 07-21 days for an item to be received at our fulfilment centre, and it takes 2 business days from time of receipt for the refund to be processed and 7-14 business days (depending upon your bank) for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
What should I do if the return amount is incorrect?
Contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay for returns?
For return of items purchased online, customer will pay for the courier charges.
Do you refund the shipping costs if I return all the items in an order?
We will issue the shipping cost if the mistake is from our end. However, we will not refund shipping cost if we have sent the accurate article.
